Ausley McMullen’s attorneys have extensive experience representing electric, gas, telecommunications and other utility companies in a broad variety of settings, including state and federal trial and appellate courts, state and federal regulatory agencies and the Florida Legislature.
The Utility Law team’s regulatory agency experience includes representing electric and gas utilities and telecommunication providers in a wide range of regulatory proceedings, including general revenue requirement cases, rulemaking proceedings, proceedings pursuant to the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, actions involving tariff and pricing disputes, and actions by and against carriers regarding a variety of issues related to regulatory rules and statutory regulations.
