A tree was planted by "Friends of our Parks" in Dorothy B. Oven park to honor Emily Waugh and her service to long time client Talquin Electric Cooperative. Emily retired from Ausley McMullen recently and was former General Counsel to Talquin Electric. She also served on the Friends of Our Parks Foundation board for over 20 years.
