Thomas J. Schulte is selected to particpate in the Leadership Tallahassee program with Class 40. Leadership Tallahassee began in 1983 as a year-long educational program for adults. It was designed to facilitate opportunities for interaction with established area leaders, which strengthens participants bond to the community.
