Sarah S. Butters elected to Board of Regents for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

We congratulate Shareholder Sarah S. Butters on her election to the Board of Regents for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) at their March 2024 annual meeting. Sarah will serve in this position for three years. 

Sarah was invited to become an ACTEC Fellow in 2014.  Since then, Sarah has Co-Chaired ACTEC’s Legal Education Committee, and has served on numerous substantive committees including Fiduciary Administration, State Laws, and Fiduciary Litigation

ACTEC brings together the top lawyers in the profession to maintain excellence in the trust and estate legal field, and to improve the areas of law in which trust and estate lawyers practice. Sarah's dedication and expertise are sure to make a significant impact.
