Erik "Rick" Figlio Appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the First District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission

Erik “Rick” Figlio, a shareholder at Ausley McMullen, has been appointed to the First District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission, a nine-member commission of lawyers who evaluate and nominate individuals to the Governor for appointment to the First District Court of Appeal.

Rick’s appointment was announced by Governor DeSantis on September 2, 2022.

In addition to this position, Rick also served on the Second Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission from 2014 – 2022.
