Ben Bush and Anthony Tilton Speak at Southeast Building Conference

Anthony Tilton and Ben Bush spoke at the Southeast Building Conference, the largest building industry trade show in the southeast. Ben Bush, Outside General Counsel for Florida Home Builders Association, presented on Florida Laws & Rules. He focused on providing contractors with an understanding of the laws and rules that exist within the Florida Statute and rules regulating their industry of the Department of Business and Professional Regulations.

Anthony Tilton took the stage with other industry advocates, suppliers, and lenders from across the State to speak on the lumber supply shortage. He discussed legal strategies and contract provisions designed to address the lumber crisis and provide construction contractors with avenues for defense in the event the material shortage impacts their projects.
