Ausley McMullen honored by Florida Trend - Best Company to Work For in Florida 2023

Ausley McMullen, a full-service firm based in Tallahassee, is pleased to announce that it was chosen for the Best Companies to Work For In Florida list published each year by Florida Trend magazine. The firm, which was an honoree twice before, has been ranked twenty-second in the mid-size company category, which named a total of 41 companies.

The list, featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine, ranks companies in small, mid-sized, and large employer categories. To participate, companies or government entities were required to have at least 15 workers in Florida and be in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
