Anthony Tilton and Ausley McMullen’s Construction Law Practice Group presented at the Tallahassee Builders Association's Annual Meeting. The presentation included a discussion on the OSHA inspection process and an overview on the numerous changes promulgated by the current Administration, as they relate to safety and health and enforcement actions from the Department of Labor.
