Biography

David Weiss is a shareholder with the firm whose practice areas include land use, local government, real estate, and related commercial litigation. David regularly represents lending institutions and other commercial and governmental clients in matters related to real property, planning, zoning and land use law. His representation frequently involves civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and appearances before and representation of local government boards and commissions. David currently serves as the County Attorney for Gadsden County.
